Yellowtail Hiramasa / Amberjack (Farmed)

The original stock currently being farmed by Baja Seas was bred from fingerlings produced at Hubbs-Sea World Research Institute – renowned for developing methods of raising high-value marine fin fish species and sustainable ocean practices.
