We’ve been gung-ho about the international Slow Food movement since 2000, well before our original restaurant, Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens – Escondido, opened in 2007. Slow Food promotes getting “back to the table” and celebrates artisanal, natural and old-world approaches to food. And we like to celebrate our love of all things culinary on both the global and local levels—we draw our menu’s inspiration from cultures all over the world, while our ingredients come to us from nearby small organic farms, including our own Stone Farms in Escondido. Artisanal cuisine deserves to be accompanied by artisanal beers, so we’re thrilled to provide a selection of artfully crafted brews from around the world flowing from 40 taps as well as more than 100 bottles to choose from. Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens – Liberty Station, our newest venture located in San Diego’s Point Loma community, encompasses more than 23,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor dining and bars, as well as a bocce ball court, outdoor cinema space and lush garden. Executive Chef Thomas Connolly offers an eclectic menu of world-inspired cuisine featuring local, organic fare. We proudly present 40 taps and more than 100 bottles of exceptional craft beers, including Stone year-round and special releases as well as craft and specialty beers from other breweries around the world.
